Citrus Mutual has confirmed that Ray Starling, White House Advisor to the Administration on agriculture will address attendees at the CCM Citrus Showcase on March 8th, 2018.  Ray has spent several years in the nation’s capital primarily working for a Carolina Senator and at the Senate Ag Committee. Starling’s role is primarily being a conduit for the President to Congress on and for agricultural issues.  His first year in the White House has focused on trade issues, regulatory relief, Farm Bill and labor legislation. For almost six months he carried the entire agricultural policy burden inasmuch a Secretary and senior management at USDA were not confirmed.  So just what is the President thinking thus his keynote presentation will be A PERSPECTIVE ON KEY SUBJECTS AFFECTING THE CITRUS INDUSTRY AND AGRICULTURE.

Tickets for the always popular Citrus Showcase luncheon will be $40 per person. Reserve your ticket before they sell out by calling the CCM office at (559) 592-3790. Tables of 8 and 10 are available.

This year’s luncheon program is brought to you by Tomra Sorting Solutions.
