Alyssa Houtby, CCM Director of Government Relations and Jared Plumlee, Chairman of the Government Relations Committee are in Russia for two weeks with the California Agricultural Leadership Program. This is a 17-month program that immerses the class in a variety of topics. Their mission is to grow leaders who make a difference and become a catalyst for a vibrant agricultural community. This program has over 1,300 alumni that vary from across the industry.

Throughout the trip, they will travel to Russia, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. You can keep up with their travels through the Class 49 blog. CCM is excited for experiences and knowledge that these two will gain throughout the trip and wishes safe travels upon them.
