California Citrus Mutual engages with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) on air quality issues as it seeks to address air quality problems in the state. We also advocate on behalf of our growers for a critical revenue stream from the Cap and Trade program to provide for incentive funding that allows agriculture to comply with air quality mandates, specifically farm equipment and diesel engine upgrades and replacements.
