California Citrus Mutual has a comprehensive government affairs strategy that addresses legislative and regulatory issues at the State and National levels.   In addition to our internal team, we employ representatives in Sacramento and Washington, D.C. to amplify the industry’s collective voice.  The strategy revolves around maintaining close working relationships with elected officials and policy makers, providing perspective on how policies will positively or negatively affect our industry, and ultimately with the goal of improving outcomes for California’s citrus growers.
