USDA FSA announced the following updates regarding the Marketing Assistance for Specialty Crops (MASC) Program.

• An additional $650 million in CCC funding has been added, bringing the total funds available for specialty crop growers to $2.65 billion.
• The payment limitation has been increased from $125,000 to $900,000.
• THE DEADLINE TO APPLY IS NOW FRIDAY, JANUARY 10, 2025

This program is intended to help specialty crop producers manage higher marketing costs related to various matters, such as higher labor costs, packaging to prevent damage, specialized handling and transportation costs, and the perishability of fruits. Learn more.
