Farm Bill Advances Out of Senate Agriculture Committee

CCM is encouraged by the Senate Agriculture Committee’s advancement of the Agricultural Act of 2026. The bill recognizes many of the challenges facing specialty crop producers and makes meaningful investments in export promotion programs, research, risk management, and tools to address barriers facing U.S. agriculture in international markets. These are important priorities for citrus growers as we work to remain competitive overseas and here at home. We appreciate Chairman Boozman and members of the Committee for moving the bill forward and continuing to work with Congress to ensure the final bill meets the citrus industry’s needs.
