Volume 49, No. 23 – June 4, 2026
Disclaimer: The navel prices listed below are reported to CCM from various industry representatives each week. The lemon and grapefruit prices are pulled from USDA and reflect the spot market price. Both sets of data represent a range of prices that are then calculated into an average. Growers should consult their packing houses if they have specific questions about the price they are receiving for their fruit.

Navels
Navels are over 90% harvested and movement remains strong as we finish out the season. Import pressure is limited for the time being, but re-greening, soft fruit and decay have weakened pack outs. These challenges are not entirely uncommon for this late stage of the season, and the gradual drop in utilization will likely continue.
Below are the week 22 pricing averages. Peak sizes were 56s and 72s followed by 48s and 88s. Utilization was around 70-80%.

Valencias
Valencias are around 10% harvested and starting to move on the domestic market. Re-greening challenges have reduced export volumes early on, but overall, we’ve heard of strong internal quality with limited external pest damage. The movement of smaller fruit has been a focus as large navels remain on the market for a bit longer.
Below are the week 22 pricing averages. Peak sizing was around 56s, 72s and 88s. Utilization was around 70-80%.

Lemons
*Please note that these lemon prices are from the USDA and include other costs. The prices are used to evaluate trends. They do not reflect the returns growers receive but rather voluntary prices reported to the USDA.
With D1 lemon harvesting pretty much wrapped up, we are around 50% through the D2 lemon season, with peak sizes around 115s, 95s, 140s, and 75s. Utilization has been around 70-80%. Fruit is said to be coloring up well after some early challenges with green fruit. Some early fruit drop has also been noted. Limited domestic supply, paired with limited import pressure, has helped trend pricing upward in recent weeks, as seen in the week 22 pricing averages below.
