DPR Approves Sequoia Registration

The California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has approved Sequoia following demonstrated efficacy against key citrus pests, including Asian citrus psyllid (ACP), mealybugs, whiteflies, and soft scales, with some activity on thrips.

Sequoia represents an important new tool to support citrus Integrated Pest Management (IPM), a priority highlighted in recent CCM advocacy efforts. As pest pressure continues to increase, expanding the number of effective tools available to growers remains critical.

Its addition provides growers with another mode of action to strengthen pest control and support resistance management. We are pleased to see this registration move forward and will share updates on product availability and purchasing as more information becomes available.
