Volume 49, No. 12 – March 19, 2026

Disclaimer: The navel prices listed below are reported to CCM from various industry representatives each week. The lemon and grapefruit prices are pulled from USDA and reflect the spot market price. Both sets of data represent a range of prices that are then calculated into an average. Growers should consult their packing houses if they have specific questions about the price they are receiving for their fruit.

Navels

Navels are around 60% harvested, with late varieties just starting. There are still concerns about the abundance of large fruit, and quality concerns with creasing, soft fruit, thrips damage and low acid profiles noted. There is also the potential for some fruit drop with a sudden jump in temperatures this week. Demand remains strong. Below are the week 11 pricing averages. Peak sizes were 56s, 72s and 88s. Utilization was around 85%.

*Please note that these lemon prices are from the USDA and include other costs. The prices are used to evaluate trends. They do not reflect the returns growers receive but rather voluntary prices reported to the USDA.

D1 lemons are around 60% harvested. Fruit sizing has been abnormally large this season and should continue down the latter stretch. Mite damage has been noted. D2 lemons are around 25% harvested. Peak sizing is around 140s, 115s and 95s for both regions and demand has been strong. Below are the week 11 pricing averages.
