Yesterday, October 22, 2025, the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) announced that it is expanding the HLB quarantine boundary in the Capistrano Beach area of Orange County (grids 483 and 498) and the Murrieta area of Riverside County (grid 484), effective immediately. A map of the expanded boundary is available here.
The new boundary has also triggered an expansion of the Asian Citrus Psyllid Bulk Citrus Regional Quarantine Zone 6 in the Murrieta area of Riverside County to reflect the HLB quarantine boundary expansion. For more information, click here.
