The Citrus Research Board (CRB) has announced that registration is open for the Post-Harvest Conference on September 4, 2025, in Visalia, at the Visalia Convention Center. Sponsored by the CRB and organized in partnership with the University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR), this technical one-day citrus conference will provide the most up-to-date information on critical post-harvest disease control and food safety areas.
New this year, the Post-Harvest Conference will feature two panel discussions. A retailer panel will provide attendees with insights and strategies for domestic supply from the perspective of a regional retailer and a large national retailer. A food safety panel will discuss the impact of current regulations and future trends in food safety and answer questions from the audience.
