Volume 48, No. 29 – July 17, 2025

Disclaimer: The navel prices listed below are reported to CCM from various industry representatives each week. The lemon and grapefruit prices are pulled from USDA and reflect the spot market price. Both sets of data represent a range of prices that are then calculated into an average. Growers should consult their packing houses if they have specific questions about the price their fruit is receiving.

Valencias

The last of the navel inventory is gone. We expect valencia pricing to start increasing in the coming weeks as schools return to session, particularly for smaller-sized fruit. Peak sizes were 88s, followed by 113s and 72s. Utilization is down at 71% with a 69/30 fancy choice split.

Lemons

Lemon prices rose significantly this week for smaller fruit, particularly for 165s and 200s, in both categories. Across all other sizes, prices remained relatively steady compared to last week. For details about imports, we encourage you to look at our Lemon Imports Report.

*Please note that these lemon prices are from the USDA and include other costs. The prices are used to evaluate trends. They do not reflect the returns growers receive but rather voluntary prices reported to the USDA.
