On August 23, 2024, the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) announced that it was expanding the HLB quarantine country to the Santa Paula area of Ventura County. To reflect the quarantine expansion, CDFA has also expanded the Asian Citrus Psyllid Bulk Citrus Regional Quarantine Zone 6.
