Recently, CCM President/CEO Casey Creamer was interviewed for a CNBC video story about how U.S. citrus growers are losing millions in income each year due to decreased production caused by weather events, HLB and the cost of production. While the story focuses mainly on issues faced by Florida growers, Creamer provides insight into how California’s industry has been impacted and what we’ve learned from our counterparts in Florida when it comes to fighting HLB.
Since being published on August 6, the video has gained over 135,000 views, raising critical awareness of the issues our industry is facing.
