Creamer Reappointed to Serve as USDA/USTR Agriculture Trade Advisor

CCM president/CEO Casey Creamer has been reappointed by U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai and Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack to serve for a third term on the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)/ U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee for Trade in Fruits and Vegetables. In his role on the committee, Creamer will continue to advise both Secretary Vilsack and Ambassador Tai on trade issues affecting California’s citrus growers. Creamer is one of 30 individuals from across the U.S. Agriculture industry appointed to serve on the committee. He will serve until August of 2028.

“It is an honor to continue serving on this important committee,” said Creamer. “In this role, I will work hard to ensure our grower’s voices are heard on important issues affecting them, such as trade policies and disputes and import/export imbalances.”

The advisory committee’s purpose is to ensure agricultural stakeholders have input and can provide guidance and advice on U.S. trade policies that affect their product sectors.
