Applications Open for Funding to Help Cover Organic Certification Costs

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) announced that it is now accepting applications for the Organic Certification Cost Share Program (OCCSP). Through this program, organic producers and handlers could receive funds to cover up to 75% of the organic certification costs at a maximum of $750 per certification category. Applications are due by October 31, 2024, for expenses incurred from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. Learn more here.
