Updates ACP Free Form Required for Bulk Citrus Movement

On March 12, 2024, the Citrus Pest and Disease Prevention Division (CPDPD) updated the requirements for moving bulk citrus throughout the state. Citrus fruit can now be transferred from any ACP quarantine zone to a HLB quarantine zone for packing or processing without mitigation.

Although mitigation is not required, growers must still submit an ACP-Free Declaration Form to the applicable county agricultural commissioner’s office in advance. The ACP-Free Declaration Form has been updated to reflect these changes.

View and download the ACP-Free Declaration Form.
