Asian Citrus Psyllid Update for Farm Labor Contractors

The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) Asian Citrus Psyllid quarantine program is now requiring farm labor contractors (FLCs) to have a valid compliance agreement to harvest citrus groves. FLCs have until June 15, 2023 to sign and return a compliance agreement. Any FLC operating in a citrus grove without a compliance agreement after the June 15 deadline will be in violation of quarantine requirements.

Completed compliance agreements can be returned to CDFA via local regulatory staff or by email to ACPCompliance@cdfa.ca.gov. Please reach out to your local CDFA ACP program contact for a compliance agreement. Contact details below.
