Cal/OSHA is reminding employers in California to post their 2022 annual summary of work-related injuries and illnesses, including those related to COVID-19, by February 1, 2023. The Form 300A summary must be posted each year from February 1 through April 30. Please be advised that incumbent, former employees and their representatives are entitled to a copy of the summary on their request. To be recordable, an illness must be work-related and result in one of the following:
- Days away from work
- Restricted work or transfer to another job
- Medical treatment beyond first aid
- Loss of consciousness
- A significant injury or illness diagnosed by a physician or other licensed health care professional.
