The California Department of Pesticide Regulation is scheduled to hold three public workshops pursuant to designing the nation’s first pesticide application notification system. The workshops follow the development of pilot projects for notification in Riverside, Ventura, Stanislaus & Santa Cruz counties and after the lawmakers promised $10 million from the state budget to deliver a notification system. Topics include:

- Presentation of proposed design elements for statewide notification system
- Demonstration of Ventura pilot notification system web platform
- Facilitated public feedback sessions
- Summary and next steps
- Q&A session
