Next week, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District will be hosting two free workshops to assist farmers and farming operations in updating their Conservation Management Plans (CMP’s). The first workshop of the day will begin 10 a.m. located at the Tulare County Ag Commissioner’s Office at 4437 S. Laspina in Tulare.
