Congratulations to CCM Member Tom Aguilar for being named Assembly District 6 Small Business of the Year by Assembly Member Kevin Kiley! Tom and his family own Mandarin Hill Orchards in Penryn, CA in Placer County and are long-time supporters of CCM. In 1947 Frank and Bernice Aguilar started their 50-acre farming operation and their family has been growing fruit in Placer County for over 100 years.
