The Citrus Research Board (CRB) recently announced that registration is now open for their 40th Annual Citrus Post-Harvest Pest Control Conference which will take place in Santa Barbara April 24-25. This technical two-day citrus conference for industry personnel, service company representatives and researchers will provide updates on recent developments in post-harvest disease control, export requirements and food safety.
Conference highlights include fruit quality and decay management; auditing for food safety compliance following GWP and GAP guidelines; international MRL compliance; update on CCQC activities; and an update on research and control of ACP/HLB. Registration is $500 and includes two continental breakfasts, four refreshment breaks, two lunches, evening reception, and conference materials. The deadline to register is April 18.
